We have good news and bad news.

Particularly when living in a city, people spend a lot of time travelling from A to B. Depending on your mind-set, your daily commute can be seen as an inconvenience. However, we encourage you to view this a little differently. What if we were to tell you that cougars are looking up and down the isle of your tube or bus seeking out their next conquest? Not so annoying now, is it? View your commute as time in the shop window. You won’t pick up an older woman looking grubby, angry or tired. Think about the clothes you wear, the books you read, the persona you portray. If you saw yourself, would you want to talk to say “hey!” and take yourself to bed? If the answer is no, then don’t be surprised that it never happens. Smile. Be approachable. Most importantly, look around! You’ll be amazed how many women are trying to give somebody the eye. With just a little awareness and effort, that lucky man can be you.

Academy and Grammy award-Winning Actor and Singer Jamie Foxx along with his family and friends celebrated his birthday and release of his fourth album, Best Night of My Life in the Playboy Club inside the Palms Casino Resort on Sunday night.

Foxx was presented with a Birthday cake created by Caked Las Vegas as well as a key to the Playboy Club. Jamie hoped on the mic and performed for the sold out crowd some of his new songs.

He also celebrated his birthday in the Hardwood suite which features a indoor regulation half-basketball court.

Earlier in the evening Foxx and his entourage had dinner at N9NE steakhouse where they enjoyed signature dishes such as the Rock Shrimp and the Organic Scottish Salmon. After dinner Foxx did a meet n greet with some radio contest winners inside the Studio at the Palms recording studio.

The album hits stands on Tuesday, Dec 21st.

Melissa Etheridge has been in the news lately, as she split with her longtime partner Tammy Etheridge (formerly Tammy Lynn Michaels) and also released a new record – Fearless Love. On the musical front, not much has changed for Melissa according to Jeff Giles:

Seventeen years later, Etheridge isn’t quite the radio mainstay she once was, but she’s still doing exactly what she’s always done – to a fault, in fact. The last decade has seen her release a pair of live albums, a Christmas album, and a greatest hits collection, in addition to four albums of new material – and Fearless Love, her latest, suggests it might be time for a vacation. It’s certainly a step back from 2007’s The Awakening, which found her using those reach-for-the-sky choruses in service of a spiritual, autobiographical song cycle; in contrast, Fearless Love comes loaded for bear with a dozen tracks of platitudes as corny as its title.
